• The VA’s pricing includes the standard shipping and in-home training by a Certified Hill-Rom Clinician

Three Easy Ordering Steps

Step 1: Contact your Prosthetics Department and provide Advanced Respiratory’s VA contract number
Step 2: The Prosthetics department will send the purchase order and consult to Advanced Respiratory
Step 3: Advanced Respiratory will contact the patient to schedule the in-home training and product delivery

Purchase Order must include:

• Purchase price
• Credit Card number with expiration date

Consult must include:

• Patient’s date of birth
• Last 4 digits of social security number
• Ordering physician’s name
• Patient’s diagnosis
